Policies
Reservation Policy
Having a credit card on file is required in order to reserve your appointment time. This card will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment after your treatment can be done using this card on file, or through your choice of card via our point of sale terminal.
Cancellation Policy
When making your appointment, please note that this time is set aside specifically for you and your practitioner to work towards your goals. Changing the time or date of your appointment can be done at your convenience online.
Cancellations requires 24 hours notice and can be made online before this time.
Cancellations made 24 hours or less before your appointment or not showing up for the appointment will result in a full charge.
